The Eagles have parted ways with Veteran yet Injury Plagued Kenny Phillips who has been limited since joining the Eagles, Also releasing LB Jamar Chaney who has been with the team for a while but has had two very bad years, with Emmanuel Acho a young emerging LB, it makes since to part ways.
